For one day, Lower Body will become part of the Easter atmosphere at Smartass. Get your muscles ready for some active celebration and work on your legs and glutes, then join the egg face-off celebration!
A workout for your thighs and glutes that will leave you amazed!
Using machines, you’ll get your thighs and glutes working in overdrive. At the end, you’ll have a core workout and a cool-down.
We’ve designed the workout so you won’t feel lost among the machines. The load and exercises are selected for optimal effectiveness, and the trainer is always ready to guide you and correct your technique so you’ll get not only satisfaction but impressive results!
After the workout, don’t forget to check the schedule and sign up for an Upper Body or Full Body class in a few days to work on your whole body this week!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
